Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment
To book, simply send us a message. If your plans change, please let us know immediately. Full payment is required for all services.

Security Deposit
To rent gear, a deposit is required: a copy of your passport and a cash deposit (refer to the price list). The deposit will be returned immediately after the gear is inspected upon return.

Pickup & Return
Gear can be picked up the day before your departure. All equipment must be returned by 18:00 on the final day of your rental. Late returns will be charged an additional day's fee.

Cleaning & Drying
Please return all items dry and clean. A fee of 500 SOM will be charged for gear returned dirty or wet to cover professional cleaning and drying.

Damages
Normal wear and tear (dust, minor scuffs) is not charged. Serious damage, loss, or destruction of gear must be paid for at the cost of repair or replacement.

Fire Safety
Cooking inside tents is strictly prohibited. Any burn holes in the tent or sleeping bag will require payment for the full replacement of the item. We currently have one high-quality, lightweight professional tent, and it is quite expensive—please handle it with care.
